Directions

Toast cumin seeds in dry skillet over medium heat until just barely fragrant (45-60 seconds). Set aside to cool in pan, but off hot burner.

In your Ninja Blender (Hurray for toys!) or favorite food processor, place all remaining ingredients with a sprinkle of salt. Then throw in the cumin seeds. Blend until smooth. Taste & adjust seasonings to your preference. Flavor depth develops as the hummus sits, so don’t be in a hurry to add more salt. Enjoy.
